Brand new Nvidia Shield TV, no option to Enable Plex Media Server?

I just brought a brand new Nvidia Shield TV (the small round one), I want to use it as both the player and the server.

Following the guide/instructions: Setting Up and Managing Plex Media Server on NVIDIA SHIELD | Plex Support

However even on Step 1., there is no checkbox “Enable Plex Media Server”!?

It can connect to my desktop and stream no problems, but the whole point of getting the Shield TV was so that I could turn off the noise desktop.

I have enable SMB / mounted a shared folder. I have gone into the App permissions and enabled the Storage permission, but no joy. Please tell me I haven’t bought a very overpriced paper weight!?

The tube does not have PMS as far as I know.

It is how I said. PMS needs the extra memory of the pro.
