I use Roku all over my house with my QNAP-based Plex setup. I’ve been using the new craptastic interface for too long now in the hopes that someone would listen to the customer feedback and at least offer a choice of the new or old interface. I personally can’t understand why they think that this interface is better. I can’t do half the things I used to do and normal activity takes unnecessary clicking, searching and digging. I’m a Lifetime PlexPass Subscriber and I’m seriously considering switching over to Jellyfin. Please offer up the old interface as an option. The new interface is that bad.
I just launched Plex on my firestick and I thought I somehow installed and launched the wrong app. Nope, it is Plex. Absolutely garbage UI. Completely unintuitive. Bring back the old interface. Get rid of all the junk recommendations. Just let me watch my media.
