I’m running into an error when trying to browse my dvr shows/movies listings. Any idea what the issue is? I’ve updated guide data as well as closing and restarting plex but the problem persists.
I have the same problem, haven’t been able to figure it out yet. No new version available, no changes except windows update (on a win11 desktop).
There was a couple of new firmware releases from HDHomerun lately (I have a 4k scribe). However, I’m able to see guide data and it refreshes fine overnight.
I’m stumped.
I also have this problem. It occurs on all platforms I have access to (web, macos) except for apple tv (I just found out the apple tv app browse guide still seems to work).
I tried troubleshooting (cleaning db and restarting the server). Nothing has resolved the issue to date.
It’s been acknowledged by Plex as a bug.
So, I have the same problem too. My backup is going to the working “What’s On” option, but definitely not the right way to find content coming up. I hope a fix will be prioritized. I’m using the MacOS server, latest as of 2 July.

I just updated my HD HomeRun HDFX-4K to firmware 20250623 but it did nothing. I hope we get a response from @ChuckPa, as he has been very helpful in the past.
