Unsure if logs will be helpful in this case, two different laptops playing back a 4:3 (pillerbox) aspect ratio video file via the web browser results in stretch to 16:9. Tried to find the setting to manually override (hotkey Z in app) but dosent appear to be avaliable in browser. The behaviour is inconsistant as I have other 4:3 aspect ratio files that the web browser plays correctly. Playing the file being stretched back in the Windows Plex App results in the correct 4:3 ratio being played back so the file is correctly formated.
Very possible I’m simply missing were this setting is avaliable in the web browser version of the playback app. working around at the moment by installing the Windows App was just super easy using the browser on laptops around the house.
