Wrong aspect ratio / stretching of video in web player

Hi there,

I have been trying out Plex and have been pleased so far with the results. However there's one real annoying issue I can't seem to resolve.

I am currently in the process of creating a digital library from the DVDs I own using Handbrake and then putting the mp4 files in the Plex library. However, when I play back these movies in the Plex web interface, the video is stretched vertically and when I go onto fullscreen mode there is no letterbox.

These video files play great and in the correct Aspect Ratio in Windows Media Player and VLC Player. I have tried changing the settings in Handbrake all to no avail. I even tried disabling Anamorphic due to something I read on another site but it made no difference. I had previously tried using another popular Home Media Server software and didn't have this issue, but I did have a problem with streaming to my Panasonic Blu Ray player with the other software so I decided to give Plex a try.

To show the issue I have uploaded 2 different stills. One is from VLC player and the other is the Plex Web Player.
Also, I have attached the video info XML.

I hope you can help as this is a fairly major issue for me and if this was resolved I would probably look into purchasing the software.

Many thanks.

I am also having the same problem. First I had to rotate the video in vlc player now it is stretched do you know how to fix it?
