Buffer underflow in Win10 app - for Atrus

Hello

This thread is mainly for Atrus but anyone are welcome to respond
Found out the other day that my HTPC cannot play files with the Win10 app - it starts to buffer about half a minute in and then hangs. So I switched to the old PHT client and tried and there it works flawlessly. Now I heard that the PHT client is outdated and downloaded the OpenPHT client instead, works just as good.

So why does not the app work as good?
The server are located on 192.169.1.3 and the HTPC is on 192.168.1.14 and connected in a gigabit network. Attached is the Plex log.

Thanks in advance

I would advise to get logs from both ends - the Plex Media Server.log and the Plex for Windows 10 App log

Se enable Debug Logging on the Plex Media Server and restart it
See https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201643703-Reporting-issues-with-Plex-Media-Server

and then reproduce the problem and get both logs - the Plex for Windows app log and Plex Media Server.log
See this support page for location of server logs
https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200250417-Plex-Media-Server-Log-Files

Sorry for the late reply. The problem is easy to reproduce though so here are the logs. Dont know which one you need so there are four.

Thanks in advance

These logs are for times after the time the Plex App log was obtained

The Plex app log covered period 2016-07-03 22:48:24 to 2016-07-03 22:50:15
The server logs cover period Jul 04, 2016 03:39:56 to Jul 04, 2016 23:31:50

My suggestion was for corresponding logs from both ends - client app and server

@Danielberma You could not be in any better hands than sa2000´s. So I will stay out of this bug hunt until further notice
