hopefully this is the correct place to ask this question:
I had tried Plex in the past and had issues and decided to try again. So far basics are good with one exception, after watching the same channel on Live TV & DVR (any local TV channel) for and hour, Plex starts buffering. It’s like the pause/play feature buffer is full and is stuck, so the last 3 to 5 seconds of the show just keeps replaying.
Platform Nvidia Shield (Model 2897 V9) running Plex app (8.13.1.23036) and Plex Server (V 1.21.3.4021) .
