Buffering Issues - Only TV, not Movies

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2843
Player Version#: Various.

I have recently discovered an issue where Plex is buffering horrendously whenever playing certain Television files (1080p) . This issue is not happening with movies, even if the files are 4K files.

I’ve tried casting to Chromecast and via the Playstation App.
Is anyone else having this issue.

I’ve tried changing the transcoder to prioritise speed, still no luck.
