Stream buffers when watching on my "Chromecast with Google TV"

Player Version#: 8.13.2.23227 (Android)

PC Connected via Ethernet to ‘Google WiFi Router’,
Chromecast with Google TV connected via WiFi,

The files I’m watching are on my HDD

They play for a bit and then buffers, sometimes restarts with lipsync out, othertimes it doesn’t restart

Similar problem here. Plays for a while then starts buffering for a remote user. His Plex on Roku does NOT buffer.
