Buffering on local lan/wifi

hi guys

i am internal, same lan over gigabit and also wifi ac ( i have wifi7 and 500mb Internet)
5600x with rtx3070 FE

i am using windows as a server and a TCL TV (85x955) as a player

i am being limited to (well, Plex Dash calls it reserved bandwidth) to 87Mb i believe and films keep buffering every 10-15 seconds

when i am doing a speed test i am getting 300mb+ easily. close to 500Mb sometimes.
and yet again, on the same lan or local wifi, films aren’t smooth anymore.

i am playing my files from a SSD with Direct play

i am attaching some log files (i had it logging for a long time i believe, not just now when this is happening)

i have done a TV factory reset, cleared app cache and storage, all installed fresh.
nothing has changed. i’ve tried over cable and over 5ghz wifi too. the only thing i haven’t tried is over a 2.4ghz wifi.

the pc is giving me over 500mb speeds (internet) and it’s LAN connection is 2.5Gb
(i need to learn on how to add the log files)

I’ve also unticked the Relay in settings , as a long stretch. Dont think that matters over local network. Nothing’s changed .

Ive tried playing a file on a shild pro, over wifi ac, same local server, another tv though.

These are some techincal details about the tv and the wifi thats being connected to atm (i have issues iver 1gb lan and wifi too)

Is this the speed test from your computer or from the TCL tv?

In my experience TCL tv’s playback results using the native Plex app (Roku or Android) don’t yield anywhere close to the same result as using even a cheap streaming device connected to the tv does especially with higher bitrate videos.

I honestly don’t think it’s your network speed that’s presenting the problem.

Hopefully someone with more experience can pipe in but I’ve always suspected the limiting factor with TV’s and streaming is directly impacted by the RAM of the device. Especially when you see spikes and buffering.

I dont get it

All ive done is to turn this off and now all works as it should, smooth and no buffering
