Buffering problems after upgrade/

Good day. :grinning:
I apologize in advance for the quality of the translation.
After upgrading the server to version 1.16.5.1488, any video after a few minutes of playback starts to freeze and buffer, regardless of the quality of the video. Hangs both 720p and 2160p.

The TV settings were reset to the default values, plex was reinstalled on the TV, plex media server was also reinstalled on the PC, even reinstalled OS windows. Even checked the hard drives on the server. They are allright.
The problem has not been resolved.
I have a 1 gigabit router, 1 gigabit network LAN

connection. TV model UE65KS8000. Prior to upgrading plex media server to version 1.16.5.1488, any video played perfectly.

How to solve this problem? the update broke my server …

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1488
Player Version#: PLEX FOR SAMSUNG 4.1.1 TIZEN 2.4.0

UPD. I installed the old version 1.16.2.1297 and it worked.

Exact TV and same issue here! Buffering with any media playback from 4k to 720p. Roll back to 1.16.1 and all playback playing smooth even 4k. wonder what happened between server changes and the fact we have the same Samsung tv

I moved up to 1.16.5.1554, and it doesn’t seem to be happening anymore
