I have been using this PC for a few years and streaming to it has never been an issue. I can steam to any other device with no issues at all using an app or over the web. When I stream to this device no matter the browser it starts buffering with in a minute. Then it will play for a minute or 2 and start buffering again. Tried going as far as totally resetting the browsers. No settings have been changed. Any help would be appreciated.
I forgot to mention that I have also tried changing the quality of the video stream so its lower. I have also changed the format of videos, and different videos. I have also tried to optimize the video. Nothing has helped. I have also changed a few settings in Windows 10 (v1709) but still no luck.
