Having buffing issues only on 4k movies so far and i think movies at a higher bit rate. I am running windows 10 on a desktop only operating plex and nothing else. Was watching bandwith and bandwith would drop to nothing and then pick back up to the speed movie was running so for this instance 26Mbp…
