[BUG] 1st Line of Sidecar Lyrics Omitted When .lrc file Saved as UTF-8-BOM

Server Version#: Version 1.40.2.8395, W11
Player Version#: PlexAmp iOS 4.10.1, PlexWeb Version 4.125.1

When sidecar .lrc files are encoded as UTF-8-BOM the first line of the lyric file is omitted when viewing. When the same .lrc file is saved as a UTF-8 the file displays at it should.

If the .lrc file is saved as a UTF-8-BOM and these are the first 2 lines:
[00:14.97]You better watch out, you better not cry
[00:18.39]You better not pout, I’m telling you why

The lyrics will start displaying at the 2nd line:
[00:18.39]You better not pout, I’m telling you why

Save the same file as a UTF-8 and both lines will properly display.

UTF-8-BOM encoded lyric files should display then entire contents of the .lrc file.

This is a bug in PLEX…. I know it is a specific use case, but I hope it should at least be acknowledged by the Plex team.
