When browsing the “All Movies” section, i noticed that whenver i select a movie to play, before the preplay screen loads the GUI jumps back up to the top row, starts to render and then the preplay screen loads. When you back out of the preplay, you would expect to still have the movie selected but because it jumped to the top row, the first movie alphabetically in the list is selected.

Yes I saw that but that poster was saying it only happened when adding media to a library and overwriting an existing file. While the result is the same, it’s happening for me regardless. Plus I’m using the beta so wanted to make sure it was attributed to this version as well.
That was more of a way to reproduce it… Not when it only happens.
I’m sure this will never get fixed tho…
Still broken in Android 7.8.0.8055-beta.
Seems to happen only in the movie libraries for me… TV Shows not affected.

Same issue here. And the server itself is making my hard drive act really screwy!
Same thing is happening for me. I’ve recently tried out Plex and was looking to go to Plex Pass as I like the features of Plex… but this is enough to make me go back to Kodi. Browsing all of my movies is impossible with this bug.
