I’ve been attempting to find a fix for my samsung galaxy s7 app crashes. Every version after 7.27.1.15203 crashes when you click the Guide button for Live TV. I have tested on multiple Android devices and also have issues on 2 firesticks.
Live TV will work by accessing live programs without going through the guide.
The guide works fine on Roku and web versions.
Please let me know what kind of logs I can send. Nothing is getting written to the PMS logs as its an app crash.

I’ve finally found the cause of the app crashes on the recent Android platform client apps. For some reason, the guide is matching one of the scanned channels to “33.1-1” instead of “33.1” (see attached screenshot).
The dash is causes app crashes when pulling up the guide. Removing that channel from the guide resolves the issue - however, older version (prior to February 2020) had no issues, as well as current Roku and web clients - no problems.
Hopefully someone can resolve this to avoid paid users from spending weeks on trying to find the bug in the code.
