[BUG] Program Guide did not display correctly

Server Version#: 1.18.1.1973
Player Version#: 7.23.0.13123
Android OS 7.0

I configured LiveDVR and EPG based on XMLTV.XML.
All of program guide displayed correctly on Web, PC App, iPhone App
But android app does not. Only one line displayed and some channel’s info mixed.
I’m tested on
Chrome Web -> OK
PMP on Windows 10 -> OK
Plex App on iOS 13 (iPhone XS) -> OK
Android App on Galaxy Note 5(OS 7.0) -> Wrong
Android App on Galaxy S8 (OS 8.0) -> Wrong

Is this only when you look at 1 channel. How does the entire grid look?

There are no problem. Only have issue with android mobile.

Right, I mean in Android mobile. Your screenshots only show 1 channel. Do you mean you only get 1 channel or are the others just not shown. I want to see what the entire thing looks like on mobile.

I installed 7.24 for testing, program guide show up some more channels but not all and still display the mixed information from different channel’s.

Hi @MinGyoon,

Thanks for reporting this, I have had a look at your data and a quick fix that you can do would be to set the channelIdentifier in your data to a valid number. This will make sure it’s ordered and grouped correctly.

I am working on a fix though to improve our fallback logic even furher
