[BUG] Android TV/Nexus Player Random Sign Out

Hello,

I posted in the forum below [1], but have yet to receive any answers/traction after 3 months. I’m hoping this section will help more eyes seeing it.

Basically, every couple of days the Plex app on my Nexus Players (I have two) I get signed out. This does not happen on my Android mobile devices (Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P), nor my Chrome apps on desktops/Chromebooks. I’ve visited the page so many times on mobile, that Chrome has it as the first suggested link.

Is there anything I can do (submit logs, talk to a human, etc.) to help me with this?

Is your Nexus Player rooted? Have you tried a factory reset to see if that would help?

I have a Nexus Player and a Nexus 6P and I don’t have this issue with either device.

If you can provide your log from the Nexus after the next time you have to relink the device, that would be great.

@johnny15 No, it’s not rooted. I have not done a factory reset, but I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Also, this is on two different Nexus Players, so it might be something with my account.

@MovieFan.Plex How would I go about getting the logs?
