First time posting. I recently had to reset my tv and lost my apps.
Reinstalled plex on my LG OLED TV from the app store on tv.
Now almost everytime I sign out and then go to open plex on my tv it has lost the details and treats it like a first time of use.
I’m running latest version of plex server on my nas and I’ve also deleted all instances of my LG TV on plex authorised devices. Still getting the same results has anyone got any ideas at all?
I’m not familiar with the LG app, but what I can say is that I protect my Plex login with a 4 digit PIN to stop anyone else from coming to the TV and loading my admin level account, plus I refrain from signing out because the PIN is enough. I think signing out is what’s causing you to come to a default state when you log back in if that’s what you mean.

Weird really, never had this issue before, I have disabled MFA and have logged out each exit rather than hard close the app.
All other devices, phone, PC etc are fine just the TV, LG are constantly updating their WebOS maybe a bug in it.

I believe this is expected if you sign out.
