Issue: “Remove from Continue Watching” menu item disappears after removing an item, until manual page refresh.
To replicate: Have more than one item in the Continue Watching list on the home page. Long press an item and select “Remove from Continue Watching”. After the item successfully removes, long press any other item in the list and the “Remove from Continue Watching” option will not be available. Pull down to refresh the page manually. Long press any item again, and the remove option will be back.

Bit of a first-world problem, but definitely inconvenient to have to refresh the main screen manually after every removal when trying to remove multiple items from the Continue Watching list.
