Reposting here since plex support team seems to not look into subcategories 
tl;dr since 7.10 update the AppleTV Hub has several Bugs that make it very hard to use.
Longstory:
I’m seeing this too. Helps me realize just how well it worked before. Now, I’m embarrassed to use it in front of my dog. Also on version 7.10.
