I have one AppleTV streaming box and multiple Roku’s. The AppleTV Plex App stopped working about a week ago. It just hangs when navigating to my TV Library, showing only the Progress Circle. All other libraries work fine when I navigate to them. Only the TV Library is having this problem. I have tried force stopping/quitting the app, rebooted the AppleTV, etc. The TV Library works fine on all of my Roku’s.
Model: A1842 (AppleTV 4K)
tvOS: 14.7
Plex: Version 1.24.3.5033 (Synology DSM7)
I’m not sure what might have caused the problem. Several changes happened at roughly the same time:
- There was a new version of the Plex app that auto-updated on my AppleTV
- I updated the Plex media server to DSM7
- I added some TV content
Not sure what else I can do to troubleshoot. Is there a specific log that I can look at?
