[Bug] Automatic scroll-to-top

When I’m on a movie ‘page’ and want to check additional information (like actors,…), when I scroll down (using shield remote), after few seconds it automatically scrolls up…

This is very annoying and should be very easy to fix! (+ clicking on actors is doing nothing… but this is already listed as a bug in another thread)

Server: Synology DS1819+
Player: Nvidia Shield Pro 2019

I’m also getting this issue, it’s almost like the page refreshes every few seconds. Very annoying and only seems to happen on the shield

exactly! Now I also think it’s more a complete refresh than a scroll-to-top.

So I think i “fixed it”.

Steps I took:

  1. Go to App Settings in the main shield menu and then plex, uninstall updates and clear cache/data.
  2. Become a “plex beta tester” using the below link:
    Sign in - Google Accounts
  3. Restart the shield and open plex (should be back to the factory version) and sign in using plex.tv/link
  4. Go to play store-> updates and install plex updates.
  5. Back to plex to test and the refresh issue is gone

it will probably pop back up on the next update but for now it’s working again!

Got some of the steps from below while tring to fix a stuttering issue!
