Quality settings:
Automatically adjust quality: on
Limit cellular data: Off
Remote streaming quality: 2Mbps, 720p HD
Wifi turned off, start playback of for example 4K movie
Transcodes, but under Playback settings Quality Convert Automatically the quality stays fixed at SD, 2Mbps and never changes even though much higher bandwidth is available via mobile signal AND can be manually selected by clicking Convert Automatically and selecting another one
Also with WiFi turned on, I see a similar thing with Convert Automatically and the quality never changing
What should be happening is the quality should be adjusting up or down automatically as per Automatically Adjust Quality when streaming | Plex Support
