[BUG] Can't access all TV Show Seasons

Hello I have a problem with my TV Show library, I have some Show like Mr Robot or The Boys for example which don’t show all the season even if they are here and plex can see them (i put screen to understand) :

As you can see the poster show 4 season but when you click on the show only 3 season appear the season 2 isn’t here.

I have the same problem for multiple show but not all of them and it looks like totaly ramdom. But it’s always the 2nd season which don’t appear.

Of course all this show have the files in the proper folders, I have try to rescan and reboot of the server but nothing change

That’s what they all say.

Please show your folder structure and the actual file names of the episodes.
Do also mention at which folder level the Plex tv show library has been pointed at.

You’ve reported the issue for Mr. Robot. Your screen shots show the files for The Boys instead.
(They do look correct, though.)

Since this is Linux, verify the file permissions.

(The accent in the folder path name caused issues in older server versions. Depending on where the media storage is hosted and how it’s mounted into the container, it might still be problematic.)

Yeah the first screen was Mr Robot but as i said i have the exactly same problem for totaly random show The boys have the same problem :

All the files have the same permissions in season 1 / 2 / 3

If the Plex Dance doesn’t make any difference, it’s time to put up the bat signal for @ChuckPa as an actual expert for Linux.

In preparation, enable debug logging (NOT “verbose”) in the server settings and restart the server.

After performing the Plex Dance, fetch server logs and post them here.
