[BUG] can't disable subtitles (multiple clients)

seems like a PMS bug to me… multiple devices not being able to disable subtitles …
plus the setting is to have subtitles disabled by default. so should not even be activated

hello,

i have the same problem. my Server is a Windows Server 2016 Std, plex is 1.18.2.2029.
Clients: Apple TV 3 (via PlexConnect), Amazon FireTV, WebGUI, iOS-App (iPhone, iPad), PMP für Mac and Windows.

any solutions to this

only on my FireTV, there is the option to disable it.
