Player Version#: Multiple platforms (Android, Samsung TV, PS4 etc), multiple versions.
Just wondering if anyone else has come across this. I’ve noticed with this version of Plex Media Server, that subtitles are being forced on by some clients, which then required them to be set to off - only to be forced on again by another.
There are a few posts on reddit from other users noticing the same behavior.

I’m not sure if its a client or server related issue, but I’ve noticed it happening across multiple players - PS4, Plex for Android, Samsung TV etc.
It also doesn’t happen across all media players. For example i personally have not had this happen on my players, but on family members i share my library with it does.
The server is set to Subtitle Mode → Manually Selected.
Is there a setting I’m missing?
