[BUG] - DVR fails to load EPG after 1% in PMS 1.15.8.1198

There appears to be an issue with the area GBR-1007509
Managed to get the lineup with different region code

We are looking into the issue

Is this a new DVR ? Any change in setup with regards to the area / source of guide ?

And when did it work ok before?

I am getting the same error in my logs. I assume 2 builds ago this worked just fine and I did not have any issues that I know of. This has been set up for a long time and I only record like one show a week. This has not been changed in like a month from when I set up that one show.

Nope, it’s an existing DVR that was working fine… No change in setup other than upgrading PMS to 1.15.8.

Worked fine before that.

I have just tried the request and managed to get it to work. Could you do a refresh again and send me a new log file with debug enabled

Also can you do an nslookup tmsapi.plex.tv and let me have the result

Same nslookup results for me. EPG refresh now seems to be working though (albeit very slowly!).

I am not seeing any change. It did get to 3% but failed with the following message.

ERROR - EPG: received HTTP response of 404 from request to https://tmsapi.plex.tv/v1.1/lineups/USA-OTA80017/grid?api_key=xxx&endDateTime=2019-06-07T06%3A00Z&imageSize=Ms&imageText=false&startDateTime=2019-06-07T00%3A00Z
WARN - EPG[onconnect]: Failed to load EPG.

Here is the latest log but it did seem to complete. Very slow but nobody should really care how long it takes at this point.

There are some failures in the logs but those were from before. I did this test within the last 45 min.

Sorry can’t use the logs - debug logging disabled. But you are right there are no errors in last 45 minutes

Do expect it to be slower as caching has been disabled

Sorry about that… Just did it again and it was a lot faster.

Looks good. zero errors. Completed in under 7 minutes
