Thanks please find attached from one of my Shields, the time stamp you are looking for are at 11:50 today at the end of the logs, I can see attempts to play content from the following movies: Drunken Master, The Protector and Heart of Dragon in the logs. AndroidTV logs.txt (1.2 MB)
I have also taken the logs from my Fire TV as that is also having the same issue and you can see this in the logs at 12:00 today. FireTV.txt (1.0 MB)
Still works fine on my LG TV app and on the Kodi Plex app.
After checking the logs provided and talking to the team, I can confirm that this issue has been already fixed and it will be part of v8.1, which beta release is starting today.

Thanks for the acknowledgment and update.
Still not working on Nvidia. Plex shows v8.0.1.17410 and there is no beta or other update indicated. I have had to switch to VLC just to play the extras ā not good.

Same. Just updated both the app and the server. Still wonāt play extras.
As of 2020.05.20 the extras still are not playing on any of my android devices (Nvidia Shield, Minix, Amazon Fire TV). You would think the developers would be on top of this BUG and had it fixed quickly. How difficult can it be to reverse engineer new code to the old code that worked?
Odd the latest Plexcerpts states ā[t]he Skip Intro feature has arrivedā ā they can introduce new features but canāt seem to fix an long-term existing BUG.
Youāre right. My old eyes evidently canāt distinguish between 8.0.2 and 8.1 from across the room on a 75" tv. Obviously the solution is a bigger tv. 
I am on 8.0.2.17816. I hope they get this fix rolled out soon. Otherwise Iāll have to see about getting on the beta channel.
Iām experiencing the same issue, just adding my setup here: the server is Version 1.19.3.2843 running on Mac, and the client experiencing issues is Version 8.0.2.17816 running on Android TV.
The extras are visible but wonāt play on the TV unless I cast them from my phone. The extras play fine in iOS and the web player.
Yes, I had read and even mentioned the unavailability of the beta version in my post of several days ago.
Hi! Yes I read the whole thread and some others and yes I still decided to post my message because nobody mentioned experiencing the issue with the server running on Mac and more information canāt never be a bad thing right?
But since I seem to have offended you so much, I apologize and promise to contact you personally next time to request permission before posting on these here forums. Thanks for taking the time to make sure we all have read and comprehended the post properly.
The beta corrected the problem. Thank you for providing it.
Everything back to normal again after yesterdays Plex update on Nvidia Shield Pro 2019!!

Yep mines working again according update page on 22/5 I got 8.1.0.17967.
