Hello, for some time now the problem has been that the metadata does not seem to load correctly.
When I add a new film to my Plex, the data seems to be loaded correctly and when I open the film page via the Windows client, for example, the actors are there immediately, but when I want to start the film, it takes almost a minute for the film to start at all.
If I access the film via my Smart TV or Android mobile phone, it takes ages for the metadata to load and the film only starts after about a minute.
If I now manually update the film’s metadata again, the metadata is suddenly displayed immediately (less than 1 second) on my Smart TVs and on my Android mobile phone and the film also starts immediately.
What is the reason for this or what could it be? Does the Plex Movie Agent currently have a bug? This is not the case with the series and I can’t find anything in the log either.
I have already reinstalled my server (Windows) several times and now I just don’t know what else to do…It has always worked before. Unfortunately, I can’t say exactly when this started.
