[Bug] Incorrect File Details Shown in Movie Description

Server Version#: 1.41.6.9685
Player Version#: 10.26.0.2578 (Nvidia Shield)

I noticed two visual bugs in the screen that appears when selecting a movie description to reveal the entire summary.

First, the audio sample rate is listed in hertz but is given units of kilohertz. In the image below, the sample rate should be either 48000 Hz or 48 kHz, not 48000 kHz.

Second, if there are multiple files, the video and audio data for the first file is also shown for the second file. In my example, I have 4K and 720p versions of the movie, but the data for the 720p version is shown as being identical to that of the 4K version.

Do you get the same output on the new Android mobile app?
If it’s correct on the mobile app, this will likely be the same (correct info) when the new experience is published for Android TV (and unlikely to still be fixed on the legacy app).

I’ve been unable to find an equivalent screen in the mobile app. The closest I can find is the resolution and bitrate that is shown when you select “Play Version.”

In the new apps, the detailed file information os locate in the ellipsis (More) menu on the movie details screen, under “File info.”

It is correct there inasmuch as that level is detail isn’t shown for the audio stream(s). For audio it only shows the language and codec/format.

This is taken from my iPhone, but it’s the same on my Android tablet:

Perhaps I don’t have the new app, as I don’t see a “File Info” option on my phone’s app. I have the latest version available in my app store, but that was last updated on Feb 3, 2025. My iPad has an app version from 4 days ago, however, and I see the File Info option there. It looks similar to your screenshot, and the two files do indeed have different information.

I will assume the new update will fix this bug, then.
