I am not sure whether someone has been working on it, but there seems to be some change:
ATV
TV Shows - Local library sometimes hows up as an option to play series locally. If I select the tvshow, it always gives me streaming services. About 50% of the time, the local option also shows up. Around half of the time, it doesn’t show up. This is replicable by selecting the same tvshow over and over again (sometimes with local option, sometimes without)
Movies - Local option never shows up. Only streaming services
IOS
Local options don’t show up for movies and also not for tvshows. Even when selecting the tvshow 20 times.
