Neither I not my friends can see my media in Discover

I can’t see my own media in Discover and neither can my friends who I share my library with.
My agents are set correctly and all metadata is refreshed.
However, on Shield and my Android phone I can see one show, House, only House, no other shows or movies.

All apps are up to date.
All media is in the cloud.
I tried varying the number of services I subscribe to in Discover but that didn’t help.

You appear to be still using the old metadata agents and have never made (or properly completed) the switch to the new ones.
Discover can only work with the ID numbers of the new agents.

All my libraries were changed to the new agents last year when they first came out and all metadata was refreshed then.

  1. use the hosted web app
  2. please inspect the Plex media info XML of one episode which doesn’t appear in Discover. Particularly the contents of the XML property guid=".... Copy them into here.

It appears my server is being shown now, but only on the season screen.
Movies are not being shown at all.

Then please show the guid from an affected movie as well.

You have a script in there, probably inserted by a browser add-in or anti virus software.
It doesn’t belong in there and probably prevents the feature from working as designed.
