Plex Media Server has three different settings for PT localization in the Settings > Languages: pt (Generic Portuguese), pb and pt-BR (both Brazilian Portuguese). The issue is that when pt is selected, the players default to the pt-BR subtitle or audio option instead of pt-PT (Portuguese from Portugal), which makes the pt option redundant.
While this can be considered a player issue, a simpler fix approach would be to also include pt-PT in the localization select options, which would prevent the wrong subtitle being pre-selected in the player.
I tried to brute-force and send a PUT request to /accounts with the pt-PT option selected, but that didn’t go down well
