For many times I’ve set up my agent in the Plex Server to automatically download subtitles, selecting “Português Brasileiro” (Brazillian Portuguese) as my primary language option; Portuguese as the second and English as the third. And, In my Account settings, selecting Brazillian Portuguese as m preferred language.
But, in this way, Plex has always downloaded English subtitles for my TV shows and I may have found why: although I’ve selected Brazillian Portuguese in Settings > Account, the language option was undefined in the Global App Settings page (https://plex.tv/users/profile). On this page, there is a Portuguese option (which is related to Portugal), and when I choose this option, Plex reflects the change to my Account page and downloads the subtitles properly.
