Using Plex 1.15.6.1079, the same show is being recorded multiple times, at the exact same time, from the same channel. The duplicates actually happen. I end up getting multiple TS files added to my library. See Attached Screenshot: [bad-recordings] [bad-recording-details]

I have this problem also, I think its the DVR guide thats causing the issue, when you seach this appears to come up multiple times for the same show
