After recreating my manually managed, pared back home screen using the new approach (Manage Recommendations | Plex Support) it is working fine via the web.
But on Android devices, it is still showing info that should not be there, eg recent channels, shows on now, recently added for libraries that have been deselected via settings/manage/libraries function.
This is occurring on both an Android mobile device and an Android TV. Both are running the latest version of their respective apps.

Yes, the LiveTV & DVR hub is pinned. That doesn’t seem to create an issue for the web version of the home page. Not being able to remove them from the android player home page is disappointing. Hope it’s sorted soon.

No, it’s not enabled.

There are two rows showing up from a second server - Music and two copies of the Playlist hub, neither of which is pinned. Again, the web version is not showing these, which I think is the correct behaviour.
The heads-up on the LiveTV & DVR issue is much appreciated. That leaves me with rows appearing for hubs, from a second server, that are not pinned. Hopefully it’s something that will also be sorted soon.

Yes, it is but I don’t want them cluttering the home page.

Sorry I am confused. So on Web you have DVR pinned but they are not there? Are you using a manually managed home screen in local web? do they not show at app.plex.tv either?
for android is it possible to get the logs from both one of the Android devices and logs from whichever servers RA rows are showing up after opening home screen on android
I’ll summarise, 'cause it is confusing.
On all platforms, the following are pinned from server1 (Synology 1.23.0.4497) :
Live TV & DVR
TV Shows (local library)
Movies (local library)
Home videos (local library)
Other videos (local library)
On server2 (Raspberry Pi 1.22.3.4392) the following library is accessed mostly via Plexamp :
Music (local library)
On settings/manage/library for server1, the “Home” column is checked only for “Recently Added Movies” and “Recently Added TV”.
On settings/manage/library for server2, the “Home” column is checked only for “Recently Added Music” and “Library Playlists”, but these hubs are not pinned.
Expected result: On all platforms, the home page shows the pinned hubs on the left but only the rows for -

Notes: Previously I reported rows from hubs on a second server that were not pinned were appearing, namely “Recently Added Music” and “Library Playlists” from server2. After rebooting both android devices these no longer appear.

the DVR rows not being there is incorrect. they should be there if pinned. DVR is not a library and does not have options in the Manage Recommendations settings. Do you have your home screen set to manually manage in that older web app 4.55.1? Does it do the same at https://app.plex.tv which is 4.56.4?
Since Live TV/DVR is pinned then not a bug. The only way in current versions of app to get rid of those rows for that source is to unpin.

OK, but that means I can’t reproduce the home page that I used to have, prior to the 22 April changes. That’s a bother.

I used to, but I can no longer find a way to manually edit the home page on the web version - I thought that was one of the changes with the new approach.
Since then I have “reset customisations” as I thought that might take me back to a known point. It might have done that but I clearly have issues.

I termed it a bug because it is not allowing me to do what I used to be able to do, pre 22 April. I want to use the pinned Live TV & DVR as a navigation aid, so I need it pinned, but I don’t want to have to scroll past the unnecessary verbiage on the home page to get to the rows I want to use. So, to me at least, the 22 April changes broke backward compatibility - that seems like a bug…

Apologies for the delay in sending the logs. I decided to reset everything to a known point, ie uninstall/reinstall the server and both the android platforms.
After doing that the behaviour is as you described, ie if the “Live TV & DVR” hub is pinned on the home screen the related rows appear along with the rows for the two libraries I selected. The rows for libraries from server2, including in one instance two copies of the one row, no longer appear on either android platform.
I’m happy to put my random rows problem down to a caching glitch.
As to the extra “Live TV & DVR” rows appearing, I still think that is a major flaw in the new approach, even if it is “working as designed”. Until it’s addressed I think I will try to revert to an earlier version.
