I get a NULL pointer when playing my drone videos now on both my NVIDIA shield & Android phone.
Please find attached error.
No audio in the videos?
Update to latest Android & Android TV releases. There is a bug in earlier releases.

It is a staged rollout, so may take a day or two via Google store. Updates via Amazon take several days (Amazon policies, not on Plex).
I get the Android / Android TV beta releases. The fix was put in the beta release a week or so ago. It does fix the problem.
Info on beta releases is in the “Android (mobile)” and “Android TV” parts of the forum. Easy to join, just follow instructions in the “Help us beta test…” posts (should be one of top 2 or 3 posts). But it is beta. Sometimes things break.
