BUG: Plex 1.27.1.5916 Unable to Properly Parse Track Title Data on ALAC files

I first saw this around version 1.27.0.5897.

Plex Media Server is unable to process track data for some tracks resulting in the track titles being missing in PlexAmp and Plex Web for select tracks.

What is strange is that Plex for Mac/Web will show the track Title in the Album Listing:

However, if I edit the track properties, the “Title” field is empty:

I did try try a "Refresh Metadata’ but its grayed out.
