Plex have funktion too detect changes on folder, but if you have a locked drive and have already started plex and try too unlock the drive all will funktion normaly but it will not recognize any changes.
Steps too reproduce:
- Create a Locked bitlocker drive
- Setup a folder in the bitlocker drive for plex
- Lock the drive or restart pc/server
- Start Plex
- Unlock the drive
- Add a new file
- Now you can see Plex will do nothing.
You need too restart Plex or manually scan the folder after every change too fix it.
