[Bug] Plex for Windows Crashing when trying to upload subtitles manually - still

Hi, I know there is already a topic about this in here: Plex for Windows Crashing, but this was created on May 27th and its now closed so new replies are allowed. The issue still exists on the latest Windows 11 Plex Media Player from the Windows Store, basically when I want to manually select the subtitle the Windows dialog form not respond at all, so all I can do is to force close the Plex Player from the Task Manager or other workaround is to select any unsupported .dll file from the default location that loads on that Open File Dialog which is the Plex installation folder and press Open button. It will show the warning message about “Unsupported subtitle file format” and can be closed.

Steps to recreate:

  1. On any movie, under Subtitles dropdown menu select Upload…
  2. Click Chose a file link
  3. Once the Open File Dialog loads its unusable, can’t even navigate to different folder path, scrolling on the left pane is blocked, Cancel or close (X) buttons not respond.

When this will be fixed please?
