When I play movies or TV, often Plex will stop using the selected subtitle and go back to none. I am using the latest server on Windows 11 Pro. This has been happening for a long time and it is very annoying. I almost always have subtitles on because I tend to miss some of the words and this makes the viewing experience more pleasant. This seems to happen in both internal (mixed inside the video file) and external subtitles. I can select a subtitle and 5 minutes later no subtitles are selected. Some assistance on how I should configure my player to avoid this would be greatly appreciated.
