[BUG] Plex Game Transcoder iOS and TVOS

On a Windows 10 system running Plex media server:

When playing a game through the new Plex Arcade on an Apple device running iOS or TVOS the Plex game transcoder process fails to terminate when the game is closed preventing the user from opening another game until the transcoder process is manually terminated on the Plex media server.
