[BUG] Plex Streaming Issue & OneUI 4.0 Beta / Android 12

Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081 (W10)
Player Version#: 8.24.0.28335 (Android)

I have an issue where on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with OneUI 4.0 beta (Android 12), any media streams do not direct play or transcode play on the local network.

Not sure where the bug lies but must lie at the OneUI or Plex mobile app side or a compatibility issue between the two. Any thoughts?

Prior to update to OneUI 4.0 beta, all was working fine.

This bug is still present in beta 2 and beta 3 of the OneUI 4.0 / Android 12.

Anybody else experiencing this?

I’m not sure is it is the Plex app or OneUI yet, or the compatibility of both together?!?

Have you submitted bug reports via Samsung Members? If not, recommend you doing so.

Also, I’ve got an open thread in the beta discussion area (in members app), so feel free to add a comment there so it can be resolved quicker.

I suspect no-one from Plex team reads these posts which is unfortunate, as they could probably help us diagnose where the issue lies!
