BUG: Plex update does not add newer "advanced hidden server settings"

Server Version#: Latest as of current date. (1.40+)
Player Version#: Irrelevant.
Operating System Server: Windows Server

Problem:
I had been going through the advanced hidden server settings for a bit after assisting a user. But I came to notice my reasonably old Plex server has some of those advanced options missing from the registry. Obviously I can add these myself, that isn’t the issue.
I feel like the issue is that Plex doesn’t add the newer ones by itself.
For example, I noticed ‘sendCrashReports’ is on the article, but was never added to my registry by plex. So I’m not sure if it was defaulting to a 1, a 0 or bugging out.

Expected behavior:
Add the new Advanced hidden server settings to the respective locations on your user’s servers when you add the functions. I really assume ‘sendCrashReports’ would be a godsend for you guys, but if you don’t add it to my registry I won’t have a clue of its existence until I dig deep, search, find and add it in by hand.

Confirmed to be the same ‘issue’ on Linux & Windows.

It’s not a hidden setting at all.
The respective setting is the same as the checkbox named “Send crash reports to Plex”
which appears under Settings - Server - General in your web app.

I was just going off of the values found here:

https://support.plex.tv/articles/201105343-advanced-hidden-server-settings/

Nother one of those ‘GenerateBIFKeyframesOnly’ also wasn’t anywhere to be found, which was also confirmed by someone using linux.

I don’t know if it affects anything, I’m just saying I expected to find these in the registry or that config file but plex doesn’t automatically add newer ones by itself.
