[BUG] Plexamp Desktop doesn't react to cursor movements

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10156
Player Version#: PlexAmp v4.12.4

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open PlexAmp app

2. Navigate to a music album

3. Mouse hover on a track

4. Mouse hover on another track

5. Mouse hover on an artist

Expected behavior:

• UX is same as on https://app.plex.tv/desktop - tracks or artist names are highlighted when the cursor moves over them and de-highlighted when the cursor leaves the area.

Current behavior:

• Nothing happens. Somehow desktop app thinks it’s on a touch screen and doesn’t need to react to cursor movements at all. Here’s the comparison of UX on the same library but from different apps:

Other players, like Spotify, have this behavior consistent with https://app.plex.tv/desktop.
