[BUG] PMP 2.19.1, 2.20, 2.21 and v2.22.1 don't find libraries content when unauthenticated

Server Version#: 1.13.8.5395-10d48da0d
Player Version#: 2.19.1.904-f679df4f-macosx-x86_64

When launching PMP with the web UI, it starts and shows the following message: " You must be lost - We can’t find the page you’re looking for"

Libraries names appear correctly the left column.
If I change the language, the libraries content appears normally. Scanning the libraries does it too.

When launching in TV UI mode, there is a spinning wheel indefinitely (changing the settings does not help).

I have checked that this behaviour wasn’t there in PMP 2.18.

Same issue here when launching in TV mode.

Switching to the alternate layout and back to TV mode fixes it.

Unfortunately not for me. I have both client and server on the same machine, both unauthenticated, which can be why…

Not fixed in 2.20. :frowning:

This is happens only with an unclaimed server - but as I have said before - I don’t need and I don’t want to be authenticated.
I have asked before what could be the advantages to run with client and server authenticated when only using it locally, but the only answer I have got is that in allowed encrypted connections between client and server, which has absolutely no interest on a home network.

After additional testings:

  1. on the MacMini which also hosts the server, same behaviour, except when client and server are authenticated
  2. when connected from another Mac, logging-in the client is enough.

There is definitely a bug which was introduced in 2.19.

Just updated PMS to 1.13.9 and PMP to 2.21 : stil the same issue.

Could anybody from Plex at least ACKNOWLEDGE there is an issue?..

Still the same with v2.22.1
