Two libraries not found

Suddenly and without warning, two of my libraries now display “Not Found. We are having trouble finding this page. It might have been deleted.” inside of Chrome. I can still scan library files for both of them and the notification icon shows that its scanning everything in those libraries. If I open Plex for Mac, they show their content just fine.

Which versions of PMS, Plex Web and Plex for Mac are you using?
Also… do you experience this with different browsers as well? – if not… what version of Chrome do you have installed on your system?

I believe all versions listed below are current
Plex for Web Version 4.56.4
Plex for Mac Version 1.31.1.2262-74fdc6b7 (everything is fine here)
Google Chrome Version 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64)
Safari Version 14.1 (16611.1.21.161.6) - happens here too with the sam libraries

Do you get the same result if you’re accessing your server using the bundled version of Plex Web (http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine as the PMS; http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web otherwise)?

Have you restarted the PMS application?

Browsing through the above browsers on the server are fine. Same version of Chrome, Safari and the version of MacOS is different. My MBP is current version, my Mac Mini (the PMS) is not. I didn’t even think about that.

I have not restarted PMS recently

That would be advisable at this point

Restarted PMS, no change

My MBP is on 11.3.1 and my Mac Mini is 11.3; that is the only recently change made that I can think of that would affect my MBP and nothing else.

I got the same issue and I have fix-it by following the “reset default” on the faulty app ( in my case the plex player)
Reset Defaults on the Plex Web Debug page under your server settings
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/web/debug

After you have to resort your list but everything should work again.

Ah, nice. Thanks this worked.

Thanks, this also resolved our issues after PMS Version 1.23.1.4528 upgrade (on Ubuntu Server 20.04.2 VM). Thanks!
