Logged in as admin cannot find library but clients on other devices are ok

I’m new to Plex. Installed server and added my music library (19000 tracks). No problem. Accessed library from Tv and Phone. No problem. Installed update to Server.
Now when I login to the server on my PC it does not find any library. The banner directs me to the download page to install a server BUT the server is running and I can access the content just fine from other devices.

Did a system reboot with no change. What am I missing?
