I discovered that a recent Plex media server update seems to have broken support for subtitles. I’m able to see the subtitles as an option during playback, but they don’t show up during playback. I tested with Plex Media Player and they work there, but I’m unable to use that due to the lack of volume control.
Any ideas on troubleshooting or next steps? I don’t know which release broke the compatibility, so rolling back isn’t really an option.
